INGREDIENTS
- Grated Ginger : 200 gms
- Lemon : 7-8
- Sugar : 200 gms or 100 gms
- Sait : acc to taste ( app 3 tsp )
- Garam Masala : Zeera, Big Cardamoms,Black Pepper ( powdered )
METHOD
- In a pan, simmer sugar and lemon juice together till the sugar melts.
- Add grated ginger and simmer again.
- Remove from heat and add masalas.
